Fun Days!

Hey all,

I finally got around to updating this thing, and hope you all enjoy the pics. The first set were taken at the Round Rock Express game. Jay was asked to represent Dodge and throw out the first pitch at the game. He represented Dodge very well and threw a strike! I'll add the pic when we get it from the Express. As you will see, Rheesie is getting bigger every day! Her hair is finally coming in thick and getting long enough to actually do something with it. She has become very fond of sports and dressup.....I think if she could play baseball and wear her "princess shoes" all day, she would be in heaven! She has such an imagination, and is constantly saying the most hilarious things. She likes to tease Jay and I by calling me daddy and Jay mommy....she says it and then laughs and laughs! She also thinks it's hilarious to move our mouths with her hand and make up things for us to say....I have to admit, Jay and I can't stop laughing when she does that! She is just so much fun to be with!

As for other news, for those of you who don't know, Jay and I were suprised and delighted to learn that we will be adding a new member to the fam come December. We weren't expecting this little bundle of joy, but now can't wait for him/her to arrive! Rhees still doesn't understand what it means when we tell her mommy has a baby in her belly, she looks at us funny and then goes and gets one of her dolls. I guess the understanding will come with time. For now she just tries to take care of mommy because "momma's sick" all the time according to Rhees. Hopefully with the 1st trimester behind me, she won't have to nurse mommy as much.

We love you all and hope this post finds you well! Until next time!

Fun in the Sun

The temps here lately have been in the high 90's to 100's....so in order to try to beat the heat, we got Rhees a little swimming pool. Needless to say, she loves swimming! She especially thought it was fun when we splashed mommy!

Our Fairy Princess

Rhees has discovered the joys of dress-up. She especially loves the shoes!

Safety first

Rhees and her famous "brain bucket" Is it bad that she likes to wear it even when she's not riding her bike?

New places to lounge

Rhees likes to lounge around in baskets and in my hope chest. She barley fits inside the laundry basket...especially after she puts the pillows and blankets in there with her....but she still loves it. I have to watch her when I do laundry, because if I leave it alone for just a minute, she dumps out the laundry and climbs in.
