FINALLY!!!!!

Well it finally happened! 2 months later and 5 weeks after the original close date, we have finally signed all the papers and closed on the house! MERRY CHRISTMAS TO US!!! YAY! What a stressful road this has been! However, we've been very blessed, and I just have to say...I LOVE my new home! To celebrate this momentous occasion.....we decided to add another member to our family....and no, despite what Rheesie may be telling everyone, I'm not pregnant. The only thing Rhees has been asking Santa for for Christmas is a new puppy. Well...I've been pretty adamant that we would not be getting dog until we got our yard in and a fence in place. Needless to say, I've been getting worked on from Jared and Rheesie to try to convince me not to wait. I finally relented and agreed upon the stipulation that if we did get a dog, it would be a small one with small poop that could easily be in our home. Jared backpedaled a little here because he's always been a big dog person. However, when we heard about the mini pinschers that the local pet store had on sale for cheap....we were both sold! (me because of the small size, good breed info, and small poop! and jay because she reminds him a lot of Chance!) So, Santa, due to the mass amount of toys he had to fit into his sleigh, had to bring Rhees' dog a little early this year. So, meet Callie, our fun 4 month old Mini Pinscher!

She is pretty much fully grown, and has been very good with the girls. Ainslee adores her and I had to get this picture of her while Ainslee was otherwise occupied because she normally won't let the poor thing rest! But, she's been a lot of fun so far, and a nice addition to the fam!
